Midwives, mother and baby Midwifery on the mission field is a true picture of caring for the whole person; body, mind and spirit. Being with a woman in some of life’s most vulnerable moments strategically places us in moments where we can show Christ’s love in some of the most tangible and palpable ways. His love becomes so increasingly evident when marginalized women receive loving, gentle, and respectful care in places and cultures where they find themselves of little value and worth.
